Region.
The color of the wine is ripe
cherries core with tawny rim.
The bouquet of the wine is
full of low forest notes, aromatic and balsamic plants, dried fruits
sensations.
The taste of the wine is full,
flavorful and with sweet tannins. Fleshy and plenty, long aftertaste.
Ageing of the wine: ten months
into French and American oak barrels.
The wine goes well with roasted
chicken, duck, meat, delicatessen and cheese.
Serve the wine at temperature
