good personality, balanced and gentle, nose of ripe banana and toasted
coffee.
The taste of the wine is characteristic, fresh, long and persisting,
good body, elegant, and with several aromas in the back taste. It
is generous.
Classical fish wine; excellent with risotto, vegetable soups, light
white meat and cheese.
Serve the wine at temperature +10°C/+12°C
Aging of the wine - 3 vintages or more depending on vintage.
