The wine is made with 100% Verdejo grape variety, with grapes selected
from vines of over 30 vintages old; these vines are grown in gravel,
in goblet shape, and are low in production.
The color of the wine is brilliant lemon yellow with flashes of green.
The bouquet of the wine is clean, powerful and fresh, very typical
of the variety: aromas of stone-fruits (peach), fresh vegetables in
a backdrop of fennel.
The taste of the wine is full in the mouth, big and oily, with hints
of white fruit and vegetables, very balances and long in the finish.
The wine goes well with fish dishes, lightly seasoned stews, cheeses
and as an aperitif.
Serve the wine at temperature +8°C/+10°C
