The color of the wine is brilliant lemon yellow color with flashes of green.

The bouquet of the wine is clean, powerful and fresh, very typical of the variety: aromas of stone-fruits (peach), fresh vegetables in a backdrop of fennel.

The taste of the wine is full, big and oily, with hints of white fruit and vegetables, very balances and long in the finish.

The wine goes well with fish dishes, lightly seasoned stews and as an aperitif.

Serve the wine cold at temperature +8°C/+10°C
