Estimated shipping times and shipping
costs for orders from avex-wine.com depend upon the method and
option you choose.
Standard deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx and DHL based on
your desire.
All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures
can only be obtained by someone who is at least 18 years old.
Delivery driver is required to ask for ID to verify age.
If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment,
we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or
provide the option of holding your order until all items are available
for shipment.
Additionally, under extreme weather conditions avex-wine.com reserves
the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product
quality.
Out of stock items
Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability,
there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs,
wine representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions.
In cases where a substitution is necessary,
we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select
other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will
ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel
the order if you prefer to do so.

Cancelled and/or returned orders are
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Following the wine trade tradition,
all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.
