The color of the wine is very steady and brilliant with garnet-red hues.

The bouquet of the wine is fine, rich, complex and persistent with blackberry and caramel aromas.

The taste of the wine is full, well-balanced and long lasting in the mouth with black cherry and coconut flavours.

The wine goes well with red meat, delicatessen and cheese.

Serve the wine at temperature +17°C/+19°C

Aging of the wine - 10 vintages or more depending on vintage with evolution of the sensorial profile.

Harvest: mechanical

Wine-making: traditional, heat-regulated, matured in oak barrels

Surface of the vineyards: 14,8 ha.
