The color of the wine is brilliant and clear pale rose with fuchsia hues.

The bouquet of the wine is very fresh, fruity and intense with redcurrant, raspberry and strawberry aromas.

The taste of the wine - fragrant and frank attack with red and white fruits aromas. Final on strawberry and raspberry notes.

The wine goes well with fish, seafood, cheeses and salads. Ideal in aperitif.

Serve the wine at temperature +10°C/+12°C

Aging of the wine - 3 vintages or more depending on vintage with evolution of the sensorial profile.

Harvest: mechanical
Wine-making: cold settling, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel thermo-regulated vats.
Yield per year: 12 000 bottles
Local soil: clayey-limestone
