Soft pressing of the grapes. The cleaned must is kept in steel vessels at low temperature; it ferments slowly for a second time in "Cuves Closes" with the addition of sugar and selected yeasts.

The sparkling wine is refined for three months, in special black glass bottles to protect it from the light.

Wine with light straw-yellow colour.

The bouquet of the wine is persistent, foaming, with notes of fresh bread and apple.

The taste of the wine is charming and subtle.

This pleasant wine is excellent as aperitif. It is a good companion to many different light courses.

Serve the wine at temperature +6°C/+8°C

50% Pinot Noir
50% Sauvignon Blanc
