This wine comes from plots of vines from two different areas: the
Herault, renowned for its generous, very Mediterranean grapes, and
the Aude where the higher altitude produces a more mineral Chardonnay.
At the vinification stage the grapes are cooled very quickly, as soon
as they arrive in the winery. The entire fermentation process takes
place under temperature control.
Half the production is fermented and matured in barrels. The different
origins of the wood used serve to provide a wide range of aromas.
Wine with beautiful golden colour with brilliant tints.
The bouquet of the wine is very complex – a subtle mixture of
exotic fruit and woody, toasted, mellow notes.
The taste of the wine is ample and generous, with the fresh fruit
flavours standing out.
Good as an aperitif in summer, white meat and will also go well with
scallops or a cheese souffle.
Serve the wine at temperature +10°C
