This wine comes from vines selected from the higher-altitude lands
of the Aude, where the slower ripening of the grapes leads to excellent
extraction of all their aromatic complexity.
This Pinot Noir is fermented at average temperatures in order to preserve
the balance between the fruit and the tannins, which must remain silky-smooth.
Wine with beautiful cherry-red colour.
The bouquet of the wine is fresh and light with aromas of white flowers
and kirsch cherry.
The taste of the wine is agreeable, concentrated and ample, with a
very smooth finish.
This pleasant wine is ideally served with fish, poultry, and with
starters.
Serve the wine at temperature +16°C
