The grapes used for this Syrah Rose come from the Aude and the Herault,
and are part of the same plots used to vinify red wines.
Temperatures are kept low during the vinification of this rose with
the aim of conserving all its aromas.
70% of the wine is obtained by direct pressing, giving a fruitier
product, and 30% by “bleeding” to provide colour and distinctiveness
as well as structure to the blend.
Wine with a lovely deep pink colour.
The bouquet of the wine is very intense with scents of red berries
and a hint of amyl.
The taste of the wine is rounded, offering agreeable length, it is
lively and generous with an explosion of fruit.
Good as an aperitif in summer, it is also ideal with all starters,
quiches and sweet-and-sour dishes.
Serve the wine at temperature +10°C/+12°C
