mellowness.
Halfway, it is extremely rich with a solid structure, ripe, full yet
delicate and as for the finish - this is never-ending, smooth and
silky, harmonious and nimble.
The color of the wine is pale golden yellow with slight greenish glints,
bright, luminous and limpid.
The wine goes well with seafood, shellfish, cheeses and light white
meat.
