The taste of the wine is very powerful with a pronounced minerals
character that enhances the fruit and fine vegetal flavors.
Its mellowness harmonizes perfectly with its vivacity on a solid structure
that illustrates perfectly the special nature of the wine.
The color of the wine is pale golden yellow with slight greenish glints,
bright, luminous and limpid.
The wine goes well with seafood, shellfish, cheeses and light white
meat.
Serve the wine at temperature +10°C/+12°C
